Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Dinvon Lavorio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Dinvon Lavorio provides educational and consultation services related to business formalization in Mexico, including:
- SAT registration assistance
- Tax regime selection guidance
- Financial management education
- Workshops and courses on business formalization
Educational Purpose
Our services are provided for educational and informational purposes. While we assist with the formalization process, we do not provide legal advice. For specific legal matters, consult a licensed attorney.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit required documents in a timely manner
- Comply with Mexican tax laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials
- Pay agreed-upon fees for services rendered
Service Fees
Consultation and course fees will be communicated clearly before service delivery. Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified in individual service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Dinvon Lavorio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dinvon Lavorio provides consultation services to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for:
- Decisions made by tax authorities
- Changes in Mexican tax law or regulations
- Delays in government processing
- Business outcomes following formalization
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for services already rendered remain due upon termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chiapas, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
